Clearly, tells you how much they care about racing.  When other tracks are going to HD to increase fan viewing, they do nothing. You can't even make out the numbers, and how about the added constant buzzing noise in the background. No Charge. Doesn't the state fund them tens of millions of dollars for purses? They surely are making NO EFFORT to generate a handle or allow fans to watch races. How does the state allow this!!
