There's a show on discovery channel called Moonshiners.  Most of those guys that have their stills in the backwoods were horse trainers earlier in life.   

BUT, what puzzles me is they all lookin' round all of the time and duckin' the revenooers and all - BUT, it dawned on me.   they film it and hv it on TV - so, wouldn't they get arrested.  And, I believe they even sell their shine at Sugarland in Gatlinburg.

Watched bits and pieces of a few. 1st yr got a kick out of the assistant named pickle.

Guy is stereotypical shiner; drunk building some kind of wood frame for still. Falls off roof.

Problem with these shows mix of truth and made up for tv. I can only watch a few minutes.
