Two yr olds no more then 12 starts unless they are grand CIRCUIT...

It takes money to do that, Lukie.  ATC is busted.  He pissed away the inheritance and his trainer put a hold on all purses until the eye doctor gets current on his training bill.  Word is he was about $25K behind on the bill.  That's why this little, climbing bitch has to race 5 times in 4 days.
