What a joke!  3rd race, horse #4 is bred by Wagner, trained by Wisher and owned by the woman who once worked for the Wagners and who admitted to lying about being a beard owner for the Wagners.  I mean WTF is wrong with this commission?  You are either extremely crocked or extremely stupid!  I guess they could be both, but damn!

Its all smoke and mirrors.

Wagner surrendered his license so actually hes not barred. Just cant have anything in his name. Believe me the show goes on. He's still involved Just not licensed

 Just different actors playing the part! Wisher Jr, Braden, Millman and Woogen

MRC knows it but can't do anything about it.

Anyone know why William Carter Jr. is now denied a license in Maryland and not allowed to reapply for 3 years?  Seems harsh considering they allow people to openly beard as owners and trainers for Wagner.  Including an ex-employee who admitted to being a liar.
