Name one track that actually bets enough money to cover the cost of racing? International Sound, United Tote, RTN, Judges, Paddock workers, Track crew

When they first had their Super Sunday card around 8 to 10 years ago the (3) Invitationals went for $250,000 each, then $200,000, then $150,000 and $100,000 the past few years. On a normal 15 race card their average purse is under $10,000 and the casino is half empty and located in a terrible and high crime area with boarded up houses nearby, with a small prison 2 blocks away.
Exactly and anything but thriving.
