I think the current calendar set up is diluting the bigger races and there needs to be a central group or figure that works with the tracks to line up the calendar better. 

Kentucky and dual eligibility is a real problem that causes a scattering of the top horses with too much overlap between lucrative state finals and grand circuit events

I have posted this before. The state races are diluting the Grad Circuit.
