He did get a perfect 3 hole trip. The. Pulled first up on the backside.
He still left outta there to get position. The odds were up and down late. Just saying you can make good money watching the odds board.  Who needs a program. That's an issue with the sport for the younger generation. That's why they don't bet harness horses. It's deemed as cheating and fixed.

The younger generation wants instant action, not something every 20 to 25 minutes. Unless you grew up with harness racing, you probably have no interest. They'd rather text, play video games or bet on sports even though most don't follow the teams. I've been betting on harness racing for well over 50 years, and one thing some people don't understand is when the driver is sitting back in the bike, some think he's stiffing the horse when it's just the normal position to be in. I don't know if you remember the single shaft sulky or not but with them sometimes drivers were almost completely flat on their back in the sulky, not because they were stiffing the horse, because that's how the bike was made to be.
