Amateur Race 5 at Meadowlands 08/02/24 ?
« on: August 02, 2024, 09:44:41 PM »
Do all the horse entered have to meet the same conditions so the race is competitive?  I don't see any conditions listed such as N/W of $ or $15K Claimers ?  And, are the drivers assigned or selected by the trainer? This race seemed to be a 8 length runaway.

That’s a good question. I think the race secretary is more interested in the condition of the drivers such as NW of 1 race in their life time and no DUI arrests.

I may be wrong but I thought that drivers had to finish with both feet in the stirrups.  Help!

  • rainman2: yes---as i said earlier  more important things than political differences.  betting and owning horses among other things.  many other people in the world have gone through the same exact thing.  people have to learn from these experiences instead of harboring ill-will from them.  The world is screwed up because of thes things.

  • rainman2: Dougie---FYI, I never used the word 'HATE'--YOU DID!  Please don't make up excuses to the contrary!  You chose to end it not me!,  Again more excuses.  FYI, you are on a public forum here.  You only have yourself to blame for  your actions.  Don't blame me for this!
