That was my next guess after Meadowlands, but he never said anything about M1, so maybe that's it?

I noticed he didn't answer M1 too. He admitted to racing at Freehold at some point and said he's a few hours from some of the out of the way tracks so by deduction he must be close to a track in the metro tri state area.
either M1 or YR, possibly on a longshot Monti or Pocono.
