Example why Meadowlands is so tuff to win at
« on: January 27, 2024, 12:12:00 AM »
Friday Jan 26, Meadowlands race 12, the #10 has been running up the track running like a 4000 claimer every week, trailing lines, has been around 50-1 every week, shows no early speed, draws the 10 post,  goes off at 12 -1 when it should have been 50-1,gets out third    finishes 2nd. The perfecta should have been atleast 300 because the public was tossing that horse  and as I said should have been 50-1 or more, the perfecta pays 150, what a joke and sham. If there was 30,000 in that pool atleast 15000 of it went to insider betting, think of it half the public pool to a few people.. Anybody know this trainer megan Scran ?

That field was TERRIBLE and Bart Dallious horse was a RIDICULOUS 2-1 favorite. Tyler Millers horse was a legit speed threat off his line two back and Beckwith was smart enough to see there was zero other speed in the race and left off the wings through a walking 28.3 first quarter.... race over as you knew Beckwith would just sit and hope to suck up in the lane. His horse will NEVER win in this class, as yes the horse is a complete rat, but good enough last night to pay off the number because of Beckwith.

I like Beckwith the most...of the young drivers. Looking at program & that field was not good.

True as you say the favorite was sketchy and overbet but the 10 was tossed out by the public- strictly stable bets on the 10. There was nothing there on the 10 that could be bet other than a  2 dollar bettor playing it.
