There are lots of tracks where the cameraman and the announcer are not in sync. I watch the Saratoga meet on NYRA TV all the time. This happens almost every race because the TV personalities never stop talking. At this meet there are so many 2 year old maiden special weight races with many horses running for the first time. By the time these guys finish talking about the horse’s great, great grandfather the horse on the screen is in another county. Then you can travel a few hundred yards and get to the harness track. Here you can have an opposite situation. Announcer Mike Sardella has so little to say the cameraman is huffing and puffing to keep up.
