Was SCM auditioning for the role of an old wrinkled ex-detective that played by his own rules and has since gone rogue?  What a fucking joke!  Oh wait, he said he wasn't joking.   ngc3  SCM bragging he turned in his snitchtionary.  Just let the powers at be handle it dummy, you will only mess it up.
