Balmoral, right in my backyard, is most likely dead as a racing. The East Hazel Crest casino near old Washington Park seals tge fate of Bal as a gaming destination. Best they could hope for is some kind of carve out exception and have a few slots in the adnin building

NOT TRUE. BALMORAL COULD RACE HARNESS TOMORROW MORNING IF THE OWNERS WANTED TO. ONLY ONE PROBLEM. THEY WILL RACE FOR WHATEVER THE FANS BET. AINT NO CASINO TO EVER BE ALLOWED AT BALMORAL. THEY CAN RACE FOR WHATEVER THE GENERATE THROUGH THE WINDOWS. NO FREE SLOT WELFARE MONEY.
