Why would someone claim a 12 year old Major Crocker A af the end of September. I guess a 20,000 riding horse?

How is it a bad claim ?  horse is all class and will beat the 20s every week with a decent draw as long as he stays sound . Dumb question 🤷‍♂️

My bad I thought the age was 12 not 14
