scioto downs delays

 anybody know what is going on at scioto downs the 6th race has been in delay for an hour and no one is saying anything there was a technical delay sign for 3 minutes then gone

So....they don't have a backup starting gate? angbk

How expensive can it be to buy a used truck and put a starting gate on it as a backup? 11.dt

As an emergency backup it doesn't have to be fancy. :-\
