The problem with the article is he blames the casino just like all of the other horsemen and he is completely blind to the fact that he is a stinking cheater just like so many others and THEY are the reason nobody wants to promote a broken down sport that very very few give a shit about. Years and years of cheating or stiffing to cash a nice ticket is the reason so many have walked away and why nobody new is interested.

They should build a great new grandstand so that they can continue to lose a few million a year and then knock it down. (Garden State Park).
Harness racing is coming back.
So are the big bands and pay phones.
