How many horses could be on the grounds? Figure they would have to bring a few tractor trailer loads of hay, straw, and feed. On top of that they are offering cash subsidies to drivers. trainers, and grooms for two weeks. How much cash they generously dole out? Were the ship in trainers and horses included in the program? Once the two weeks is up what's the future of the Raceway?
