Holland is no longer a part of the ownership group.

So the published info listing holland as 25% owner of atlanta is wrong? Or he sell out due to the positive on deetzy?

If they think Sintra has any ffa potential this year, he will end up in Burkes barn (Burke has had some with Menary in years past) If they deem him as just an upper echelon type horse, he'll be bearded out.

If he had sritctly claimers etc they might throw the book at him. But he has yearlings, so the buyers want him in the biz

If you are 'probation' for a cobalt positive, why on earth would you continue to use ?  Or belief in a new masking agent?   i just don't get it

They keep pushing the envelope and eventually there is a missed calculation, the horse gets a little dehydrated or such and pop, a positive.. So lets see what supplement company made a mistake ?....  Hope for a long suspension but know it is a long shot..

a perfect reason as why i will never buy a hes' watching yearling
i know some other sires are not 100% clean but that one was too much
and on top of this are the alcohol related charges
believe it or not the industry will survive without him
any horse he had a ownership position in gets minimum 4 months out
any horse he trained gets 2 months to clean their system out
menary gets a 12 month suspension minimum
menary not allowed to buy or train any yearlings from the 2019 sales

as for jamieson that was a disgrace
he should have been taken off the horse immediately , taken off all remaining drives that night
fined $10k minimum and suspended for at least 14 race cards
this is a guy who has been involved all his life, owns and trains with his wife
if he does this to a horse at the track imagine what goes on at the farm
i know shit happens at all training centers but at the very least keep it there

I am going to have my lawyer dissect the AGCO Standardbred Rules of Racing the whole book 328 pages and I told him to get the outcome on the Menary, Ron Adams suspensions and find out how they were able to skirt around the penalties and were able to re-offend. He believes that more than likely the wording of the rules is as much as they insinuate penalties but when challenged are easily disposed of because they do not conform to constitutional rights because whoever wrote these laws do not understand them and how to word them so they uphold the rights of the guilty and the penalty sticks.
do you pay your lawyer a hourly rate or is he on retainer?

Good to know he will probably get off.  I feel bad for all his owners who had no idea hes a drunk, cheating,  fuckhead.
The same ones who transferred to JJ's wife and then back to DM once he served his severe suspension.
