I like it !!!!  BUT !! it does kind of jam up the cards and prohibit some condition levels for a 3 week stretch.

What do you like about them?  Betting?  Chance to make money with a given horse?  Chance to claim a good horse?

leads to more dishonest racing Batavia couple of years ago horse wins the final 30 people in the picture acting like they win the hamo, horse comes  up positive had to give  the money back . Jim morrill kept the 200 for the drive.

I like the chance to triple or more the purse size on a mid level claimer

Don't forget, offers a chance to get a bad horse in ok form, and make it disappear.

Great point.  Couple years ago i had a couple listed on eharness for half the claiming price and no takersn. Won the first leg and they were gone in the second leg.

In most cases, it makes things interesting! Lack of interest a big problem at the track!

Guarantees the horse will race every leg.

Whoa not at Miami Valley.  They drop off if they are on the bottom.  so by the last week, it's down to like 10 horses w/ 30 looking out thru the windows
