RIP RAY THE BARTENDER SARATOGA

Raymond Topijan a very popular bartender was struck by a vehicle while doing his daily walk tonight. He was 87, and a member of the illustrious Capital Region Hockey Hall of Fame. Poor a beer for Jesus buddy!
