Wasn't cool at all and downstairs the doors were all blocked open

We had dinner a Kosar's Steakhouse and then went to the clubhouse around 9pm. I haven't been there in almost 10 yrs and it was sad. Hardly anyone in the clubhouse and the waiter staff sucked but the a/c was working. There was a decent crowd downstairs because it was nice out (no a/c working there). Back in the good old days you had to call months in advance to get a good table in the clubhouse. I spoke to someone really high up in management there. He said a/c downstairs will take a while to fix as the system is so antiquated that they have to custom make the repair parts. When MGM did their "walk through" he was assured that a complete new HVAC system was part of the deal when they purchased the place. FWIW, he was told by MGM they didn't waste their time with a walk through at Yonkers.
