What's the scoop on Stanley Whittmore? horse had to be put down and a 1000$ fine and 1 year . rough day for Stanley.

I saw a horse come out of a trailer and his right front hoof was ground away to the coffin bone from a mishap of this nature about 40 yrs ago! It was NASTY to say the least!
