Thank you  tmbz1

Wow that's 2 races yesterday not my typical if happened successful and few and far between hail mary  ngc3

Email me your Zelle info and I'll give you $200 for your next-better-be-winning-wager(s)  ngc3.  That's a promise I can keep.   tmbz1

I'm not in the borrowing business lol, unless it's someone we're close with and use through business and I let them work it off when we have a big job so it absorbs well and they don't feel it, like a plumber or the like.  That's why I can pick up the phone 24/7, holidays and not wait when we have a problem.

That is a good way to do things. I do the same with my brother when he is in a pinch. Loan him a few hundred and he works it off when he has the time. He runs all my mother's rental properties, so he can do pretty much anything..electri cal, plumbing hvac, trees etc..My mom owns 3 buildings, 18 units total. My Grandfather built them in the sixties. When my Mom is gone, my brothers and I will own them. That is when I retire from my current painting job. We will probably keep them for a few years and then sell them. If the wife and I had children,I would keep my 1/3, but since we couldn't have kids, nobody to pass them on to, so sell and enjoy my older years.

We're working men, and old school.

You have a great family, successful, very talented, close nit, and very smart.

You, your wife, and myself, we had our canine family, that's the life we got / chose.

No regrets  tmbz1
