Racetrack sues over decoupling?

So, after they fail to get FL to decouple, now they sue. I found it interesting that the Florida Gaming Control Commission is the sole defendant. Look, I get it's Belinda Stronach's prerogative to want a casino and not want to race. She's sitting on land worth billions. She's a capitalist. I get it. She is supposed to want this. But, obviously this was a last ditch effort at least on this front because the suit was filed a few days before the deadline (after the deadline, they couldn't sue).

I wouldn't be surprised if the suit was dismissed. Hey, maybe NJ is next, LOL.

I'm glad I turned down a chance to meet Frank, his children are no better.  Belinda fucked Bill Clinton lol, she jumped off the Conservative Party in Canada in 2005 and joined the Liberals!

Bubba has quite a stable  ngc3

DeSantis will very likely turn this over to GrayRobinson, they handle the state business in state courts for his team, and they'll deal with it.

Predicted outcome, no decoupling, they'll use it as a bargaining chip.  Some money changes hands behind the scenes, gets spread through the right legislatures in the Florida House and Senate, DeSantis too. Belinda will not get this but something she wants probably a huge tax break for a long time, making the property / biz more valuable if they do sell it, and save shit tons until then.

Lawsuit dismissed, the end!   ;D

In this pic, he clearly had at the billionaire pussy already, smashed it real good with his little fellow, however with her right hand, she's clutching her wallet in her back pocket because these politicians never stop with the graft!  ;D

Belinda will now have to go back to her more conservative background while she negotiates with DeSantis!

Crooked's daughter drew her end of the ugly card, must of cost a fortune and a little luck in aging to turn her into a passable, decent looking woman.

It's hard to find woman that Bubba crossed paths that he hasn't stuck his wiener in some orifice of hers.  In looking at Belinda, I wonder if Bubba was thinking of Chelsea while fucking Belinda.  Definitely similarities...

Being that they sued the FGCC, this will start with the AG. DeSantis is a supporter of horse racing. Gee, I wonder why, LOL. Last time I heard DeSantis was farming out business to GrayRobinson, Greenberg Traurig, Akerman, Holland & Knight, Gunster, and a few others. I don't think it matters. It might not even get that far. I think it could dismissed from jump. Watch. Remember, this suit was to not miss a deadline.

I think the case gets dismissed because: One, you can't compel a regulatory body to change what the legislature/legislation says. Two, they can't change what the law is. Three, they can't declare a law unconstitutional. At least that's what another AG has inferred.

Right, she'll build another track. Her heart is really in it.

Ole Belinda is a nasty one.. even her old man Frank Stronach had to counter sue her after she power moved her dad to take over the family business.. she's got no conscience when it comes to herself.. hell, she was even fucking Leafs tough guy Tie Domi then dumped him like trash.. I won't even mention her nightmarish political stint.!!
