GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — A man who murdered and decapitated a fellow teen in 1996 has been granted parole.
The Michigan Department of Corrections said the projected parole date for Federico Cruz is March 25.
What the fuck. If I was the dead teens grandfather, this guy would only live free for a couple of days. Just long enough for me to organize his removal from earth. I'd try to accomplish it without being charged, but that would be my second on my priority list.
