please dont compare mohawk to the big m
even with the supposed B drivers at big m the racing is far more entertaining and competitive  than mohawk
also give the new young guys at the big m some credit, they are out and moving, trying to make a name for themselves
its winter racing

ADW's and OTB's have all but eliminated on track attendance. The majority of people who go to Meadowlands are there for the FanDuel Sportsbook. Meadowlands used to have good racing in the winter with several early or late closers with top horses, but all that has changed because the top horses run much less and from May thru November.

Actually, I didn't compare the two. I simply said for sophisticated horseplayers that is the equivalent. People may not like it, but it is the equivalent based upon the benchmarks I referenced. Entertaining, competitive, and more, is subjective. Eye of the beholder.

  • Bitter Truth: That Golden Tempo , I'm afraid is  a money burner. Gets so far back. Was in range but just hung and raced even in the stretch. Didn't see a Derby winner in there in my opinion.

  • Trigger: I thought BT & I had a real good shot w/ a 110 4/5, wide but nice momentum, and then a sharp left turn mid stretch ended that  ngc3
