SEEMS LIKE CAREY AND HAWTHORNE DONT BELIEVE IN PAYING THIER DEBTS  FOR CONSTRUCTION OR ATTMPTED CONSTRUCTION WORK

LIKE I PREDICTED 5 YRS AGO  HAWTHORNE WILL BULLSHIT THE IHHA AND HORSEMEN FOR EVER ,, THERE IS NO RACINO COMING ...

NOBODY WILL DO ANY WORK FOR THE CAREYS   

THEY DONT PAY,,
WHEN WILL ILLIOIS GOVERNOR AND POLITICIANS STEP IN AND FORCE THIS ASSHOLE'S HAND ,,,

BUILD OR SELL   NO OTHER CHOICE

i'm curious how much they owe churchill downs ??  has to be significant for churchill to cut off the simulcast signal to hawthorne and their otbs
