Leon is the great Jack Bailey's grandson. He's the best at Vernon.

You don't know Jack Bailey. He was quite famous in the halcyon days of harness racing.

Thought he had turned the corner, he just can’t shake the small town syndrome .
Starts doing well and becomes cocky and bullies others. Makes poor decisions and if it happens in an early race he is frustrated and no good for the rest of the night.
