No decision on who gets the three Casino Licenses in NY until probably end of 2025.
There are also zoning issues--Yonkers isnt zoned for a full blown Casino-and there are no guarantees they will even get that.
Then there is the bookie scandal--which may hurt their application even if they qualify with the zoning.

Cant believe MGM Grand didn't do their due diligence before they purchased it for close to 1 BILLION.
IMHO--MGM Grand should follow the Gulfstream Park Model -Successful horse racing , great restaurants, beautiful Casino-with no table games when I was there. They have great handle and the place makes money.
