Don’t knock the guy.  He is reporting stuff most don’t see and if they did they wouldn’t say anything.  A view from the pits.

So true there is a small trainer here in Ohio who got 2 positives she appealed them both and would not let her race here so she got her a paper trainer and I found who it was and I went to the judges and they stopped that trainer to race they need to do more of that to trainers this is taking money out of are pockets there is a lot more trainers here that should not be allowed to race here

Good for you and everyone, keep it up!

She needs a better lawyer. No judge will stop you from making a living if you ever have a half ass reason for appealing the penalty

None of the Officials involved want any extra work! The judges, state vet,& anyone else only want to be in charge from the 1st race until the last. Noway will they initiate anything that could take place on a "dark day" Whenever a by the book judge comes to town and starts dropping the hammer, the other 2 guys claim that he is difficult to work with and he is out  the door!

How can this be fair and appropriate to those trainers who play by the rules?
There aren’t any trainers who play by the rules anymore so no problem there.
