Next it will be "someone allowed" this to happen, and after that the proverbial "open window" conspiracy theory. It's pretty simple. Someone put in code the night before. I don't know anything about code. Then, someone tried to make free bets and collect real winnings. That second referenced someone was a fool. They should go legit in life, because as a thief they are a fool.


there does indeed exist an "open window" for a few

the heavily rebated gatepunchers at Lexington are allowed to wager after they see who broke, who blasted the gate, what the lineup is, etc

they pay for this privilege

How or why it happened I don’t know. What did happen was the play was only charged the base amount. If you bet $1 super all-all-all-all in an 8 horse field you were only charged $1 for your ticket but you had to have the $1680 that it should have cost in your account.
