7th at Hoosier
« on: October 13, 2023, 08:29:41 PM »
I see a horse listed for Rocco Fava   I knew Sammy Fava pretty good.   I know he had a brother. Did he have a son? Comes from NY, so must be related. Sammy had Bo Scot's Blue Chip as you may recall...   Sadly, Sammy has been gone many years.  anyone know details about rocco Fava?

  • Bitter Truth: That Golden Tempo , I'm afraid is  a money burner. Gets so far back. Was in range but just hung and raced even in the stretch. Didn't see a Derby winner in there in my opinion.

  • Trigger: I thought BT & I had a real good shot w/ a 110 4/5, wide but nice momentum, and then a sharp left turn mid stretch ended that  ngc3
