When these bike manufacturers find themselves on the banned list, who compensates the drivers for their purchases? the Manufacturer, or the USTA who imposed the banned which is surmountable to a financial penalty on the drivers having to buy and replace bikes.

If this bike is banned, how come drivers are still using them?
I haven’t seen anyone use them. Older model spiders yeah.

USTA should be held financially responsible for financial reimbursement to the bike owners. USTA charges the bike manufacturers a test and inspection fee, use to be $1500.00. So if they did the proper testing, metal fatigue test as well, which they don’t then the 3 D would have failed and no bikes would have been sold. But as usually no agencies or commissions are held accountable. Just horse people.
