Hopefully the 35 mile rule gets repealed so that Hawthorne can't stop this.

The current conditions at Hawthorne make watching a live race unbearable.

Lots of needs. Gaming board needs to approve. Legislation needs to pass it. The Southeastern side that was awarded a casino doesn't want the competition. So who's paying who to say yes or no on this? Maybe it forces Hawthorne to move quicker but that's anyone guess.
