Read on Fines and Suspensions on the USTA SITE.... “Santiago Portfilio”.... never have I seen a worse “caught with his hand in the cookie jar “ than this one.  His allegations take up (2) full pages of illegal shit.... all about drugging horses.  And THIS isnt enough ???!!!

Mom's partnered up with Marashian, what do ya expect. I'd love to know where the start up money came from, The kid is a moron, and that's giving him some credit. You have to be an idiot to get caught like he did. He'll just wind up at the Arden, with mom and company. I've heard the kids father's not a bad guy and a decent blacksmith.
