SINCE YESTERDAY, ELDORADO HAS ALREADY REMOVED RACING FROM THEIR FRONT PAGE OF THEIR WEBSITE... IT WAS THERE LAST NIGHT PROMOTING TODAYS DERBY AND SUNDAYS OHIO CHAMPIONSHIPS

Went last year.... Weather was bad, clubhouse was packed. Tables were open in the dining area, asked to sit said they were down servers and so they were leaving them open. Outside grandstand condemned, pop up tent/stands had rain blowing in so was unused.

Year later - Nothing different albeit the weather will be nice. Racing commission to bobblehead and cater to whatever the casino's say and not have them fix the place up....

But hey -- we want fans back -- but that's just on paper.

Eldorado, at Pompano, has put forth an ambitious schedule for the upcoming meet!  No stall rental or groom room fees!  No mention of purses yet!  Past strategy has included luring trainers down and then cutting the purses!  It will be interesting to see what unfolds!
