Gural comments on Burke in todays HRU, but changes the rules and penalties for Mr Burke. Didn't Goooooffffrrrrraa aaallllll Inc state if caught, you are done at his tracks, nothing to discuss. There was nothing to discuss concerning the TC02, time served, see ya. Yes, I understand the Nfld hot test was appealed, and should be allowed to proceed. However, why do the Burke horses seem to have multiple hot tests pertaining to pain issues, Oxy, glaucine, gabapentin, lidocaine etc and somehow, someway another STORY comes into play and all is forgiven.

Didn't we hear the similiar issues with Ronald Adams and he was banned.
