McGuire Sowers
« on: May 09, 2018, 12:51:15 PM »
WOW..This kid has come along quickly. He just started driving a few months ago, when he turned 18, got a nice story written about his talents on the USTA web pages...won 5 races on 1 program up here at Scarborough Downs...competes in every race he is in...AND NOW

He has been promoted to TRAINER for all the horses his father BO used to train.

America  IS a good country !

Think he wasn't doing any of the training with that many horses.Old man got in hot water what would you do Sherlock. As for the kid winning races when you have horses racing 3 claiming classes lower then they are aren't you suppose to win.

Any details as to why he is down as trainer? My guess would be another black box?

Bo did get a black box gone for 30 days, the kid is an okay driver nothing spectacular he is winning on horses that he should be winning on.

Drew can drive circles around him, I would put Mitch Cushing second to Drew at least at the Downs.

  • Calhoun: Thx I'm leaning to the 5 there.  Those CD/GP full field races look the best on the page. 1/2 length from being a G3 winner.
