a bunch hit the dice table at Tioga after the races.  Jonkers was the all-star, kept trying to bet hardways for Wings but Wings can't take a tip so the dealers got PAID. Sadly Bling Bling was late to the party.  Holy shit that dude looks just like the stereotype Guido!
