I know Joe on a casual basis for many years,I have bought a number of horses from him.,he is a nice enough person,his driving skills are another thing,he is one to pass up in the betting,-Good luck to all.

Spot on. Doesn’t drug them, does use vet though and depending on his mood he can drive all over the race track
