Title: DO TRACKS WANT MORE OF THEIR HANDLE TO BE CAW BETS OR LESS?

Does anyone know what CAW's get for a "kickback" from the tracks? I was told the CAWs make their money on the rebates.  But where is the profit for the track compared to the everyday bettor

Obviously, The Meadows does not care about on-track handle. They are not going to get people with any money at the track on a workday afternoon.
