DECOUPLING OR DEMOLISHING
« on: May 28, 2022, 04:22:24 PM »

https://northvilledowns.info/

The developer is estimating the costs to acquire the land, daylight the river, demolish the racetrack and ancillary structures, cleanup of environmental contamination, and the construction the Central and River Parks to total $15.5 million, which will be funded up front and fully constructed by the developers. This assumes $2 million in Federal Funds to address daylighting the river and a $10.5 million brownfield pending approval by the Northville Brownfield Authority. Once the public parks are fully built, Hunter Pasteur will be conveying the land back to the City of Northville, at no charge, at which time the maintenance of the parks will be the City’s responsibility.

I KNEW SOMETHING WAS FISHY WHEN I WENT TO THEIR WEBSITE AND SAW THIS

Breaking News | The Future of Northville Downs

SO I BOUGHT INTO IT AND CLICKED, HERE IS WHAT YOU SEE

Page not found (404)

It seems we can’t find what you’re looking for.

SO OBVIOUS NORTHVILLE HAS NO FUTURE.
BUT WHAT DO YOU EXPECT CARLO?  IT WAS HIS DAD WHO RAN A RACETRACK, NOW THAT HIS SON HAS TAKEN OVER, THE PLACE IS A DUMP AND ALL YOU HEAR IS A BUNCH OF LIES

WAITING FOR THAT INSURANCE FIRE TO HAPPEN, NO DOUBT
