If I were Gural I would have this guy under surveillance, random barn checks, out of competition testing, and so on and so on and so on. He has to be training on a "licensed" and "approved" farm or training center and therefore it falls under the purview of the NJRC and/or Gural.If he goes through those efforts and finds something, he'd only be hurting his own pocket. A good thing YOUR NOT GURAL, you'd be miserable day in and day out. By the look on the guy's face its a lesson in money cant buy you happiness.
