Most horsemen in that area live week by week so that extra money before Christmas was a welcomed event.
We all don't have the green that you claim to have.
The distributed money was well earned.
Doubt if any of the great horsemen in that area would call it welfare.
Why don't you travel up there and tell them face to face ?
I'm sure you will have a royal welcome.
