Train owned 1-5 fave Kinnder Hotblood in Ont Spring filly trot. James macdonald drives Mohawk sat might open

can anyone enlighten why he is not driving this yr..?

I know there was appeal somewhere along the way...how many trainers lose driving privlrges but keep training (in his case at .500)
Is that what happened?

Hasn't drove since his morphine positive maybe made a deal to give up driving in exchange of a big broom
