I see your point. And in there was a time I would agree, completely. But, the industry has shrunk so much, it is now very much an insiders game. So, restricting all that may have some advantage or at least the perception of an advantage would contribute to the decline.

You make a good point but owning a track and then racing horses at that track is unacceptable. It screams conflect of interest. Doing this taints anything Gural does.

i got a problem with a trainer having more than one horse per race,
