AFTER REVIEWING THE CASE SEVERAL TIMES IT IS MY OPINION AND THIS IS NOT FACT.....ONLY AN UNBIASED OPINION THAT THE FELLOWS THAT ALLEGEDLY KILLED /PARTICIPATED IN THE DEATH OF THE HORSES WILL NEVER RACE AGAIN. 

THIS WILL BE PART OF THE PLEA DEAL FOR A REDUCED PRISON SENTENCE.  THE CHARGED WILL ACCEPT THIS SONCE SPENDING 21 TO 48 MONTHS IN A PRISON CAMP IS SOMETHING NO ONE WANTS TO DO.  THE PROSECUTORS WILL REQUEST THAT THE SENTENCE OFFERED MUST INCLUDE A LIFETIME BAN FROM ALL RACING AND I THINK THESE FOLKS WILL ACCEPT THIS TO REDUCE THEIR PRISON TIME.

THIS IS ONLY MY OPINION AND I HAVE REVIEWED THE CASE.

SORRY IF I OFFENDED ANYONE.  I DO NOT KNOW ANYONE INVOLVED ON A PERSONAL LEVEL JUST THE SERIOUSNESS OF THE CHARGES AND MORE IMPORTANTLY THE SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF NEW YORK.  THEY MEAN BUSINESS AND THEY WOULD NOT HAVE PRESENTED THE INDICTMENTS TO LET ANYONE OF THE CHARGED WALK.

All these people will do time and NEVER race or be involved with racing. The big question is WHO and HOW MANY are yet to be charged.
