Dan Kennedy is the reason why to gamble.
« on: October 10, 2018, 07:21:06 PM »
Just watched him race from the 3 hole. Missed the gate but still had hopes of going to lead, ducked in for about 100 feet and here he comes first over at the favorite high lining and chasing. By three quarter, he was in three path still chasing with everyone going around him.... finished last

At 11-1.

Whose money makes anything he drives 11-1.

Dan must be having fun.  He's been at it for awhile and is always wide pressing. Makes races he is involved on difficult to handicap. I would guess with him it's not remotely about $. Probably trained by Claire umuoltz. That's the usual combo. Claire isn't much better when he drives.

Indeed he does. My recollection is he's rather tall too so really stands out. I don't watch a lot of Northfield any longer but my recollection  is he needs a horse that is far superior to make it to the winners circle or even the money. Maybe wins 1 or 2  every hundred starts.

Isn't he the guy that used to bring a horde of kids into the winners circle if he won?

There's another owner at the big m that gets in the bike once in awhile too (Dinozzi ?) that is disruptive of race flow.

Dinkadoo is right though 12-1 is likely dead money on the horse.
