Today’s Plainridge delay

Horses went back to paddock. Weather doesn’t seem to be issue. Any idea why?

2 late scratches so I'm guess something happened on the track between the 2 of them.

Originally showed the 4 and 9 scratched on the track feed and ADWs and now are announcing its the 7 and 9 and the 4 will still be running. 

What a mess.
