Does the commission vet view any of these horses before they race?  I can see it on the tv don’t even have to be there live to see it?  There’s some very lame ones that should be scratched! When it comes to betting  I just scratch it myself before placing a bet! Come on Saratoga do better!!! Before you have a lame horse causing another accident!
